The first mover advantage is a myth in real world and nobody knows it better than Motorola which might have created world’s first cell phone but doesn’t seems to have found what it takes to woo customers. Motorola is not really known for making quality handsets but they nevertheless are trying. The last Motorola handset which really created the buzz in the mobile world in true sense was Moto Razr and we are yet to see anything of that nature happening now. Below is a list of handsets that Motorola has recently launched or is about to launch in year 2008.
Motorola ZN200
The Motorola ZN200 is a fashionable, slider phone and provides best-in-class audio with CrystalTalk technology . It is a dual- band support GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 network and it comes with an 2 megapixel camera , MP3 player with an integrated FM radio, Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP and on board image editing tools. Its 30 MB internal memory can be increased up to 1 GB with the microSD slot. Price is $400.

Motorola W396
The Motorola W396 is a clamshell phone featuring a FM radio, USB, Bluetooth, a 1.9 inch colour display, 2 megapixel camera with fixed-focus, GPRS and Motorola’s proprietary CrystalTalk technology. It’s compact with dimensions of 95 x 45 x 17 mm and weighs around 90 grams.

Motorola EM30
The Motorola EM30 is a quad-band GSM running on Linux-JAVA OS, with QVGA display and a 2-megapixel camera. The colourful 1.8 inches TFT screen should be great for showing off your pictures and videos. It includes Mp3 player support with Window Media Player 11 and FM radio with RDS technology. Price is $440.

Motorola EM28
The Motorola EM 28 is a basic clam shell handset with a 1.3 megapixel camera along with Bluetooth and expandable memory. Its other features are a Mp3 player which sports 11 preset equalizer and 3D sound effects. Price is $349.

Motorola EM25
The Motorola EM25 is a sleek slider which comes with a one-touch MP3 player with uninterrupted music in airplane mode. It has a pretty basic 1.3 megapixel camera with digital zoom and video capture. Connectivity is taken care of with Java, Bluetooth and high speed data GPRS. Price is $400.

Motorola VE75
The Motorola VE75 comes with an exclusive package in which you can use two sim cards at the same time. Other features are a 2 mega pixel camera, multimedia player and standard Bluetooth and USB connectivity. Price is $340.

Motorola ZN5
The Motorola ZN5’s claim to fame is its 5 megapixel camera which combines the powers of Modeshift Technology and KODAK Imaging Technology to capture brighter and more vivid pictures.Other than that it has a Mp3 player with CrystalTalk Technology,TV Out and Built-in handsfree. Price is $400.

Motorola A810
The Motorola A810 is equipped with a 2.2 inches touchscreen and it is based on Linux OS. It comes with a 2 megapixel camera, integrated Mp3 and video player, FM radio and standard 3.5 audio output jack. The price is $600.

Motorola Z6w
The Motorola Z6w is the successor of Motorola Z6 and it is loaded with WiFi to let you browse web. Its salient features include a 2.0 megapixel camera with QCIF resolution, Media player, Built-in handsfree. Its expected price is $170.

Motorola W377
The W377 Motorola is an entry level phone with pretty basic VGA camera, Media player and FM radio. The internal memory is mere 10 MB while the phone is available in some trendy colors.
