Apple iPhone Price tag and Plans, is it expensive?
AT&T and Apple has finally announced the service plans for upcoming Apple iPhone, set to launch on June 29th. Apple has kept the three plans simple and affordable, starting at just $59.99 per month. The starter plan is $59.99 for 450 minutes, other plans follows at $79.99 for 900 minutes and $99.99 for 1,350 minutes. All the plans includes unlimited data, Visual Voicemail, 200+ SMS (depending upon plan), Rollover Minutes and unlimited Mobile to Mobile calling.

iPhone will be available in two models with a hefty price tag of $499 for 4GB model and $599 for 8GB model. The price is fairly justified by the built-in video iPod, high-end technology, Internet features, killer looks and a hell lot of status symbol. Despite its price tag, comsumers are desperately waiting to get their hands on it.

Existing AT&T customers looking forward to buy an iPhone just to use its iPod & WiFi features will have to purchase a minimum of 2 years wireless service plan. So, your iPhone will cost you atleast $500 + ($60 * 24 months) = $1940 + $36 activation fee + tax.
