Bharti Airtel has launched the BlackBerry Curve 8520 in India which is an entry level email machine from the house of RIM. The BlackBerry Curve has been priced at a relativey modest price of Rs. 15,990 which apparently also makes it the India’s most affordable multimedia powered BlackBerry smartphone in India. The device will avilable throuh Airtek outlets from August 7.
Some of the features of BlackBerry Curve 8520 are:
- 256MB Flash memory and a 512Mhz next generation processor for enhanced performance

If you are looking for a cheap BlackBerry then BlackBerry Curve 8520 is a device you must consider. I am however disappointed with its 2 megapixel camera and no 3G support. The 65k color resolution screen is also not many of us expect in a phone of this range. All in all, it seems a like a good basic BlackBerry phone.
