2 sided printing with HP Deskjet 660C and 690C

Start>Control Panel>Printers and Faxes
Rightclick your printer>Printing Preferences>Finishing tab>
Document options>tick Print on both sides>Apply>OK

Thank you, Byte, but the driver XP installs does not allow double-sided
printing.
My complain regards the fact that with a more modern OS my printer
capabilities have been degraded.

Thank you Cari,
I looked in fineprint as you suggested. It is interesting but for that price
I think that a new printer is the better option. This does not mean that I am
ready to get a new printer.

HP decided the two printers you have were so old and discontinued that they
did not feel it economical to re-write drivers for XP. Microsoft included
drivers so that you can still use them, but they may not have all the
functionality you were used to.
