Probably Spyware!
Get Ad-aware and/or Spywareblaster and run them with the latest updates.

2ndsrch.dll

Upon bootup I'm getting a error message from
rundll32.exe - bad image, 2ndsrch.dll is not a valid
windows image. Any help with eliminating this annoyance
would be greatly appreciated. I tried a google search for
ideas but didn't find one that actually said it fixed the
problem. Thank you.
