3 problems, that I know about

windows xp- system restore has stopped working it acts as
if it is working then when it reboots it says no changes
were made to your computer choose another date, same
thing happens.2 when I try to run norton disk doctor I
get the message the operating system or another process
has exclusive access to the drive so the problems could
not be fixed. Under the report I get recovering orphaned
file 0000NAV~TMP(52773) into directory file 96966.As you
can tell I am clueless. 3rd I am unable to burn cds from
windows. Any help would be wonderful but I am not to
savy. Thanks
