/3GB switch - Windows Xp - fix needed

Hi!

I read in MS pages that there is a /3GB switch that allows applications
to run with up to 3 GB virtual memory (leaving just 1GB for windows and
paging, etc), but When I use this switch the system doesn't boot.

I also read that there is a problem with ntldr in WIN XP and that there
is a fix, but I couldn't find it.

Anybody has it?

You should contact Microsoft support for assistance. Not too many
folks, participating in these newsgroups, have installed that much RAM.
