5.1 speakers only 2 front workin

I have connected all my speakers properly to my pc...but
when everything is playing my rear speaker and front center not workin Ive
tried everything and nothing is workin this happend after my computer updated
my sound stuff. and evey setting is like when it was workin ....how do i
get that speakers to work????

A System Restore prior to update, or simply uninstall the update.
Another way (from somone else):
Device Manager/Advanced/Environment Variables/SystemVariables/New.... This
will open the System Variable editor.
In the Variable Name box type (or paste

: DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES
In the Variable Value box enter: 1
OK your way out to System Properties, then pick the Hardware tab/Device
Manager/View/Show Hidden Devices. Scroll down to find possible
driver/hardware conflicts.
The idea is that the update did not clean correctly older drivers or
settings. Uninstall whatever is shown to not work correctly - well, make
sure you know what you are doing

Go to control panel then sounds and audio. Look for speaker settings then
advanced button. Set speakers for 5.1 Note you disable the line in on
somesound cards when you do this. You need to reboot to get it going.
