64-Bit

Sorry, I wasn't really clear in the last question.-I'll restart.
I bought a 32-bit version (OEM) of Vista Ultimate, - haven't installed it yet.
I decided to go with 64-bit (4g Ram, and graphics software).
Is there ANY way to get this installed as 64-bit? (Possibly getting a 64-bit
COA, and cancelling the 32-bit one, or do I have to go through all the
trouble of selling/ridding myself of this 32-bit version, and buy (AGAIN?)
the 64-bit one? - I already have 64-bit business on another workstation, and
I have no driver (or other) problems.

You'll have to purchase the 64-bit version of Windows Vista
if you purchased a 32-bit OEM version of Windows Vista.
Only "retail versions" of Vista Ultimate include separate 32-bit
and 64-bit DVD discs and product keys.
