a cannot log into my windows vista

Last night i was downloading music and i tried to conect to the internet then my computer got frozen i couldn't do anything so iturned off directly from the boton.
Now i turned my computer on but appears that ihave to set up a password and ididn't put any password, wath shoul i do, someone can i help me? thanks!
