If this is SP1, you will need to install this QFE first:

Hi Zhang,

If I uderstand correctly what you are asking then you have problem with not
having one QFE required to install other QFE's. This is written on each QFE
downloan page that you want to install.

Instructions
Important: This QFE requires Repository look-up may cause incorrect files to
be copied (Q811279) be installed prior to this fix.
