About harddisk power led

OT
My original case provides 3-pin power led to motherboard, but my motherboard
just got 2 pins.
With Vcc on left side and Signal on the right side on my motherboard, the
case provides 3-pin, with Vcc on the left, GND in the middle and signal on
right, those two pairs won't match, but does anyone have a workaround so
that the power led can be turned on again.... Thanks
Jack
(3-pin from case) (motherboard)
_ Signal - Signal
_ Gnd - Vcc
_ Vcc
