Is the second drive recognized by the BIOS?

Has it been FDISKed?

Has it been formatted?

Did you try Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management?

Are you sure there are physically two HD's, or is it one
HD with two partitions that show up as Drives C and D
under my computer?
