Default Access denied to Documents and Settings, but I am an administrator!?

::I have Show hidden files and show System files ticked / unticked i
folder options. I can see all files. When I go into c:\documents an
settings I get access denied. This is a shortcut. I am in th
administrator group. Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks. Mick :
