| Hi, I am relatively new to Vista....I have a question please.... Currently I have 3 accounts on the PC... Admin, Me & the Wife......I would like to delete them all as the user folders are all messed up...i.e. I tried to rename the Admin folders. Basically I would like to re-create all the user folders and corresponding rights & links properly please. I still want to have an Admin account & one for myself & one for my wife. | Guest

| John You'll be much better off if you simply reinstall and start from scratch. Deleting the accounts that you've been using, recreating user folders and then trying to set them all with the default permissions, etc, is going to take you much longer, and is full of pitfalls, rather than simply reinstalling. You will also lose all of the connections to all of the software that you have installed. Be sure you backup any personal data before you start. -- Ronnie Vernon Microsoft MVP Windows Shell/User "John Venables" <JohnVenables@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:4719C8AC-AEFA-401D-AF15-BD453BC9D6AE@microsoft.com...
