Accounts

Posted: 04-04-2007, 05:56 AM
Hi all,

1. I just bought a new PC with Vista Home premium. It does not allow me to
access the accounts section in the Control Panel (nothing happens) or the
Parental control section. Anybody know what might be causing this?

2.Norton 360 is not working (it installs, but then live update just hangs).
Anybody else experienced this?

Thanks!

Was there a problem before installing Norton 360? If so then have you
talked to the tech support for the computer? A new system should work.

I wouldn't put a Norton home security product on any of my systems.
