acees to Hard drives

Here is a tough one...!!! After doing a clean Xp
install, I have tried to take ownership of my 2nd and 3rd
HDD's and all I get is Access denied, all the time,
whatever way i try. I must have had the security wrong on
my last set up because this time I cannot get near the
data, can anyone dig deep and help...?
