acpi errror and w32time errors

can anyone help my xp system is logging the same error
daily as follows AMLI:acpi bios is attempting to read
from an illegal io port address 0x 71 which lies in the
0x70 -0x 71 protected address range.
also im getting a daily log error of W32TIME as follows
the time provider NTP client is configured to aquire time
from one 0r more time sources however none is accesable.
no attempt will be made for 14 minutes.
the later causes the system to freeze and only seems to
happen around 6p - 8 pm.
any help solving this problem would be appreciated.
