If you have you country and time zone correctly configured in Windows
XP then it should give you the local phone number for Product
Activation. Just choose the "activate by telephone" option.

I use an OEM version also and do a lot of testing and rebuilding. I never
have a problem calling and reactivating XP Pro OEM. I think the only
original thing here is the case. No, as a matter of fact even that has
changed.......:-). I explain to them what I did and they activate in less
that 5 mins. As long as it is installed on only one machine, there is no
problem. I guess if your system came with XP OEM and is "tied" to it like
some are it may be different. I bought mine separately when I built a system
and is never a problem to activate.
