activation?????

No matter how simple...not the point. How about if every
time you changed the oil in your car you had to re-
register it? Also, like I said, the only change was a
firmware update to my burner.

It is not a problem just reactivate online when it
prompts you to activate windows.I changed out my ddr266
mem for ddr333 and I had to reactivate, it was a breeze.

No. The point is if you change to mant items or something corrupts the
WPA file. You will have to re-activate. It has nothing to do with whether
you like it or not. It's just the way it is.

You have a problem. You can't use your computer because it need sto be
re-activated.

Solution: Activate the damn thing.

What a bunch of lemmings. I think XP is the best OS yet.
I have no problem with Bill Gates trying to protect his
operating system. Hell, I defend the guy from the people
who say "He has too much money" by saying "He is the
american dream, try to be him" But you people are SO
willing to to let MS do whatever they want. All I'm
saying is GM doesn't bother me after buying a GM car so
why should MS?
