Add new hardware

Hi,

having problems with my HP pc - downloaded an hp "critical update" for my
kye usb reader 6 in1 memory card. However when I now turn my ocmputer on
(everytime) it comes up with the found new hardware wizard, but can never
find the software for it.

Can anyone suggest anything I can do? The download was a firmware update, so
maybe I need to install the drivers again?

Please help me!!
