Add telephone provider

Hello.

I've created a telephone provider (file with ".tsp" extension) and I
need to add to telephone providers list using a script or any other
way, so user doesn't have to add it manually.

I've used several web search engines but I don't find anything about
this.
¿May anybody help me?
