Default add user with local administrative permissions

Hi All,

How can i add a normal user with local administrative permissions?
My own written vb.net application needs it...

has the cmiUserGroup in the advanced settings of a user account something to
do with it?

Add "USer Account" component to your configuration and set cmiUserGroup=1.
