Adding new user - coming up with error when loggin in

HI there

im having a problem with windows vista , i have added a new user to login to
the home pc but , after i have added the user name when you login using that
user profile comes up with error msg saying unable to load user settings and
loggs off back to main user log in page

any help would be greta as i have tried so many diffrent ways to reslove this

Hi Spark

Check here to see if this is the problem. Only you will see "BAK
instead of "BAD" in the instructions provided there
