Admin access to password protected regular user account

How do I access a password protected regular user account on my computer? I
am the Administrator, and I want to access the account without changing or
deleting the regular account password.

As an administrator, you should be able to access any of the data o
the regular user account. Was there something specific you wanted t
see

You would have to take ownership of the accounts profile, thereby
locking out the user. This is a deliberate design feature, so that
users will know if unscrupulous administrators have been snooping.
