| When XPPro was set up on my computer.. the person setting it up put in a password.. which I later changed to something else. I neglected to write it down. I don't even know if I'll ever need it.. but, in the event I do.. How can I recover from this? This is a legit question and I'd be happy to either bring the computer to a tech or send the hard drive to Microsoft or whoever.. but.. is it possible to recover from this brain fart? -- Bill --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. | Thanks... I'll see what I can find. Is this something that a computer tech outfit would likely have? "pete" <anonymous@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:09cc01c3aa1a$fcee8eb0$a001280a@phx.gbl... Quote:
