| Hi, Log-On to PC as user that you would like to limit access to Control Panel. Run the program "gpedit.msc" (you can find it in %systemroot%\system32\). In Group Policy Under User Configuration Expand Administrative Templates. Click Control Panel and on right menue duble click Prohibit Access to Control Panel and select Enabled. Click OK.
