Admin Policies

Hi,

Log-On to PC as user that you would like to limit access to Control Panel.
Run the program "gpedit.msc" (you can find it in %systemroot%\system32\).

In Group Policy Under User Configuration Expand Administrative Templates.
Click Control Panel and on right menue duble click Prohibit Access to
Control Panel and select Enabled. Click OK. Close Group Policy and Log-Off.
