| So i installed illustrator, and when i go and run it it says, "you are not allowed to continuebecause your account does not have the proper privileges. Please log in using an account with administrator privileges and try again". So i go to user accounts and it says under my account: administrator. So i try it again, and it does the same thing. So i boot it up using safe mode and try logging under administrator, and it says access denied. I dont know what to do, can anyone help | Guest

| Hi All; I recently purchased a Toshiba notebook, and a 500GB WD external hard drive. THis device constantly fails, and I find it hard to read and write to the disk. My problem is that recently the hard drive caused the notebook to go into a sytem recovery mode thing. I went through the processes and got the notebook running again. I now have difficulty accessing all of my admin privileges. For example, I am in the process of uninstalling Norton Internet Security, and i am unable to close the program through task manager. How do set restore all my admin settings?? Any help would be greatly appreciated | Guest
