| Hello, are you an Administrator user or are you a real Standard user? As the latter, you will have to contact your Administrator to elevate your account. If you are an administrator user and want to run an application with administrative rights, right-click the application and click "Run as administrator". If you don't want to be prompted if s program shall get the rights, go to Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Turn User Account Control on or off -> and uncheck the box. Greetings, P.
