Administration Problems

Recently I changed my Admin password on my computer and
without thinking forgot to write it down. I had a limited
account already set up so I went thru that and deleted the
pass word off of my admin account but then accidently
deleted my admin account so now im stuck with a limited
account that wont let me install any programs or use
certain ones. Can anyone help me out with this problem?

What we want to do is download msn 6.0 & our computer
wont let me do it & l dont know how to change things. Can
you please help.
