| Nothing happens when I click on administrative tools. Anyone know why? I re-installed xp pro and have all the latest updates but still I cannot open administrative tools. A lot of functions do not work. I cannot export from outlook express or perform any maintenence. | Guest

| This nomally contains a load of shortcuts to all the tools. You need to have display administrative tools set in the start menu options, right click on start button/properties/customize/advanced Scroll down to the bottom, and select one of the display options, this will should then create the shortcuts.
