Default Administrator Account Disappearance

Here is a strange occurence. I created an another account
with administrator rights and now I don't have an option
to log on as an administrator. I can access all the files
that were created, but I can no longer get an option to
log on as an administrator. Am I overlooking or missing
something very basic?

Thanks.

Jupiter,

Two questions:
1. Does the same thing happens if the other accounts do
not have administrative previlages?

2. Is there a way to access Administrator account w/o
going into safe mode? I am thinking that in safe mode I
won't be able to get on-line to install any updates.

Shaun.
1. I think so, but am unsure.

2. If Windows XP Pro:
From the login screen, hit Ctrl/Alt/Del twice quickly and you will be
able to access Administrator.

Any Administrator account should be able to do just about anything
including install updates.
