| Hello, anyone help me please? I am runing Vista Home Premium +SP1. I have problems in that the administrator stops me downloading, or doing other tasks. I am the only user of the computer. I tried opening a standard account. Also, I d/l TweakUAC and put UAC in quiet mode. No difference. Today I am trying to d/l Piclens from Cooliris, but the message I constantly get is 'the system admnistrator has set policies to prevent this installation'. A One Care scan on this website shows no problems. How do I sort this problem. Thanks. -- yottiegirl | Guest
