Administrator Password lost

Greetings -

Is there anyway to recover a lost administrator password or user password if
no ASR disk or password recovery disk was made? Do I have to re-install XP
to get it back?

See, I knew these peeps would help you break into someone else's PC...by
getting around the password thing....
If you can't remember your own password..., especially an
administrator...well....
