Administrator permission to change "write protected" photo CD

Posted: 03-26-2006, 11:06 PM
'Trying to correct <red eye> in picture from my photo CD; makes the change
but when I try to save changes, message says "can't save, write protected,
need permission from computer administrator". How do I get that? (I am the
administrator)
Thanks

What program are you using to correct
the red-eye?

Did you try going to...File / Save As?
Assign a new name and save location?

Did you copy the file to your hard drive?

Sorry, I have no info on Camedia Master.
Maybe they have a support site.

I think the issue is related to the CD. Is it a
re-writable CD-RW that you created? Or...
is it a PhotoCD from a retail photo printer?
