Advanced Audio Properties no longer recognizes 5.1 speakers or anything correct

Posted: 10-16-2003, 11:52 PM
Having a small problem with the advanced audio properties
in Control Panel. My computer no longer recognizes that
5.1 Surround Sound Speakers are plugged in, and
continually plays in Desktop Settings. I did not always
do this. While it may say 5.1 is on, it is not. I put it
on No Speakers and restarted the computer, when it comes
on it says I have No Speakers, but two of my speakers
still work! I think the entire Advanced Audio Window is
broken!
