Default Aero does not fade, but "blinks" during user account control

Hello.

I just installed Beta2 (5384), and all of a sudden, my UAC prompt does not
fade in. It almost looks like my monitor is turned of, then on afterwards,
with faded desktop, and brightened UAC. Nothing is wrong with the picture,
but the blinking sensation is quite annoying. It did not do it in the
beginning.

I have the new ATI drivers, but tried rolling back to the original ones, but
it did not solve the problem - Anyone else has this problem, or know how to
fix it?
