after installation is done, vista can't startup do to a device err

hi all

i download it and install it.
vista startup and stop and go in to options safemode.
the error is " windows can't startup because of device or hardware it can't
comm-
with the device or hardware.

my asus P5N32-SLI w/D940
2gb memory
raid 0 298gb
2x nx7800gt card in SLI mode
X-fi card
Vapochill LS, but OC is set back 3.2mhz
windows Xp sp2 loaded only basic.

i ran the setup disc to do recovery or try to repair it.
it said that it can't find any problem in the installation or setup NO ERROR's
ran a memory test o.k.

now what?

Boot from the vista Cd and run a Startup repair

Pull the second Vid card (or disable in BIOS if you can). Vista does NOT like
SLI, it worked for me.
