1-Change of ink cartridge found incorrect and corrected.
2-Next use, printed well, but pop-up window began to
appear on computer screen "page not aligned" and
Printer/FAX combo v40 also displays a message:
"Place page in ADF and then press enter";
3-So done, by "Instructions to align print cartridges";
4-Instructions followed,
5-test of color page prints follows
NOTE: all seems well,
6-warning displays with each print and/or incoming FAX.
