Default After upgrade, can't access any folders (!!!)

I upgraded XP Professional to Vista Business, and after the upgrade, I can't
access any folder whatsoever clicking my computer -> folders. If I launch
some program and do the same thing with it's file open -windows, folders work
just fine. So where's the problem???? 1 workday ruined for this crappy thing.
Hope someone could help?

Hello,

What error does it say?
What folder(s) is giving the error?

if you are referring to items like Documents and Settings folder, the contents are moved to sub folders under USERS down the tree a little.

Every folder in the system, no exceptions. This isn't about those documents
and settings etc. folders. Error says something about not having permission
to open folder. Strangely, with arrow above you can open folders, but no by
double-clicking... I will install Vista again without upgrade, hopefully this
kind of problems doesn't appear on plain install.
