All in Wonder X1900

Has anyone found any third party Vista drivers for the All in Wonder series
of video cards from ATI that will allow the TV and capture function to work?
The Vista ready logo that they previously displayed on the product was only
for the display function of the video card. None of the capture or tuner
functions work. Speaking with ATI was an exercise in futility as they just
kept sending me back to the driver page for the catalyst drivers. I finally
got to talk to a tech support person who informed me that Microsoft’s DRM
prevents them from developing drivers for the tuners and capture and there is
no intent to resolve that as it is a discontinued product. Sounds like a cop
out to me.

It has nothing to do with DRM.
ATI does not want to spend the R&D effort currently required to write
software encoders for their AIW cards.
