Allowing "guest user" to access my internet account

Default Allowing "guest user" to access my internet account

I set up as second user on my computer without account
user privlages. I am trying to let this user have access
to my internet account wile they are a "guest". I can
not set up this accound while being a guest because im
not looged in as an "administrator"

What can i do?

The Guest Account can be used to access the Internet. However, XP security
restrictions prevent a Guest user from starting or disconnecting an Internet
Connection.

If you have an always on cable or DSL connection, the above doesn't apply
since the connection is always on.
