AMD cpu drivers

How can we make a proper job of testing Vista when the cpu driver is not
suitable for it? I asked AMD yesterday (Sept 4th) if they would make a beta
driver available for Vista. The reply was "No - its full of bugs. We will
wait for RC1"

I guess post RTM maybe your best bet. Microsoft has recommended with the
release of RC1 that IHVs (Independent Hardware Vendors), start testing there
products to ensure compatibility for the RTM release.
