Taffy, I don't understand. Keyin where? Actually type in ALT? You're not
saying using the ALT key, right? Did this delete that email? Thanks

Go to Edit | Empty Deleted Items and do it several times and some are
reporting that it slowly gets rid of the messages.

Maybe you can help me, I see you've helped many others. I have the
irritating "ghost email" that has been in my inbox for two months now. When
previewing the email it says there is nothing to be displayed. It cannot be
deleted, moved to another folder, nothing. I have tried using the alt, E, D,
and that doesn't work for me. Any other suggestions?
