Apple Computer being sued by Apple Corps over iPod & iTunes Music Store

This isn't strictly on-topic, I suppose, but anyhow, here's the

Now I'm no lawyer, but I don't really agree that Apple Computer ever was
an infringement on Apple Corp. But if Apple Computer did settle that
case and sign an agreement not to enter the music biz, then I don't see
where Apple Computer has a leg to stand on here. I sure hope they had
an actual plan ready for this issue. Meanwhile, I'm thinking about
rushing to grab myself an iPod now before they are forced off the
market.
