Is it possible that as XP pro Admin I can ask all the users to change
their passwords on a certain day of the month or after nn days e.g.
Please change pasword every 21 days.

Hi,

Yes it is possible. Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc -> expand Computer
Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Account
Policies -> Password Policy.

Now you can change maximum password age...
