Hello,I think it's been set up with the installation of .NET Framework. You can
safely remove it (are you developing ASP.NET applications on this machine?).

no i am not havent a clue what that is? just noticed this asp-net accountwhen i went to set up a new user account,got a bit jittery thinking some had
access to my computer as it is password protected.

Hello,OK, it was installed by Windows itself. You can remove it if you want to.
