ATAPI.SYS vesion 1135 corrupt at the download site

I am TRYING to get a new 200GB disk to work with XP Pro
SP1. Q30313 says I must have ATAPI.SYS version
5.1.2600.1135. SP1 does not have that new of a version.

The download for Q331958 has a self-extracting file to
update ATAPI.SYS. But when I run that downloaded EXE, I
get "xpsp1hfm.exe is not a valid Win32 application", so I
cannot get this new ATAPI.sys.

The 200GB drive shows up as 128GB in XP before
partitioning and formatting. I have a controller and BIOS
which support 48 bit LBA.

Microsoft problem - the download patch file is corrupt.
