ATI CCC Catalyst Control Center - Allow ccc.exe

Is anyone else getting CCC.exe allow/deny prompt when starting Windows?

Pretty irritating that it happens everytime at boot. How come ATI &
Microsoft can't get it to automatically run w/o a user prompt?

What kind of prompt is it? UAC or Windows Defender?
