Did you check the ATI website for Vista drivers?

Here is the ATI Vista page

I have an AGP X1600 512MB, there are Vista drivers for all Radeon based
cards on their website. I couldn't get the driver to install, and I tried
allot of different things to do it. (I've used ATI products a long time.)

There is also a Microsoft driver for the X1600, but it thinks my 1280 X 1024
LCD is 1900 X "some odd" this creates allot of weird problems, however the
Aero Glass works.

Currently I'm using the XP drivers, they work very well, but of course.. No
Aero Glass.

Don't really miss the Glass but do miss the Flip 3D and thumbnails.
